Plan Before Dispatch

Shipping Begins Before the Last Carton Is Closed

The useful question is not simply “Can you ship worldwide?” It is how the order should be packed, which route suits the commercial need and who will manage each part of the import process.

01

Carton Instructions

Confirm folding, individual packing, carton marks and the required assortment before packing begins.

02

Route Priorities

Balance urgency, shipment size, destination and budget instead of selecting a freight method by habit.

03

Import Responsibilities

Clarify the delivery arrangement, consignee details and buyer-side customs responsibilities before booking.

Choose by Order Need

One Shipping Method Does Not Fit Every Apparel Order

Final availability, timing and cost remain subject to the selected forwarder, route and shipment details.

Speed-led

DHL, UPS, FedEx or Express Courier

Carrier options may be compared for samples and smaller time-sensitive shipments, subject to destination coverage and quotation.

Useful when urgency leads
Volume-led

Sea Freight

Commonly reviewed for larger shipments where transit planning matters more than express speed.

Useful when volume leads
Carrier clarity

Velzio Apparel coordinates the factory-side dispatch; the selected courier, freight forwarder or shipping line performs transportation. Brand names identify possible carrier options and do not imply an exclusive or certified partnership.

Delivery Responsibility

Agree the Shipping Term Before Comparing the Price

An Incoterm identifies where specified costs, tasks and transport risk move between seller and buyer. The named place and applicable Incoterms® 2020 rule should appear in the written quotation or order confirmation.

EXW

Factory Collection

The buyer arranges collection and the onward export route from the agreed factory point.

Buyer-led logistics
FCA / FOB

Origin Handover

Useful when the buyer appoints a forwarder. FCA can name an agreed handover place; FOB applies to sea or inland-waterway shipment at the named port.

Forwarder-led movement
DAP

Delivery to Named Place

Transport may be arranged to an agreed destination while import clearance, duties and taxes generally remain buyer-side.

Destination delivery, buyer import
DDP

Conditional Landed Delivery

May be discussed only where the destination, carrier and lawful import arrangement allow a reliable written landed-cost quotation.

Eligibility must be confirmed

DDP is not automatically included. Duties, taxes, brokerage, importer-of-record requirements and destination charges must be verified for the specific shipment.

Global Shipping FAQs

Practical Answers Before Dispatch

Can Velzio Apparel ship garment orders internationally?

International dispatch can be discussed according to the destination, order size, selected shipping method and applicable logistics arrangements.

Can I use my own freight forwarder?

Yes. If you have a nominated forwarder, share their collection and documentation instructions before the order reaches the packing stage.

Are customs duties included in the garment quotation?

Not automatically. Duties, taxes, brokerage and destination charges depend on the agreed delivery terms and importing country. These responsibilities should be confirmed in writing.

Can you provide DDP shipping?

DDP may be considered for an eligible destination only after the carrier route, lawful import arrangement, duties, taxes and other landed costs have been checked. It is not a default inclusion or a blanket worldwide promise.

Which shipping method should my brand choose?

The practical option depends on shipment size, urgency, destination and budget. Current freight quotations should be compared using the confirmed packed order details.

Can you arrange DHL, UPS or FedEx delivery?

These or other suitable courier services may be reviewed according to destination coverage, shipment size, service availability and the carrier's current quotation. A named carrier is not guaranteed until booking is confirmed.

Do you provide tracking and shipping documents?

Available dispatch references are shared after carrier or forwarder handover. The exact document set depends on the freight mode, destination, buyer instructions and agreed delivery term.
